McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant clean and equipment in top condition at an independently operated Indiana location. The role supports management and provides tools and training to succeed in daily maintenance tasks.

As part of the Maintenance Team, you will help ensure interior and exterior cleanliness, upkeep of equipment, and a safe, welcoming environment for guests and crew members.

Qualifications

• Maintenance staff assist in cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Responsibilities include cleaning, unloading, changing bulbs, and HVAC/roof maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
