Dominium Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Flats on Waters Edge in Hermitage, TN. You will maintain the property's appearance and systems to deliver a positive living experience for residents.

The role handles repairs, preventive maintenance, appliance assessments, vacant unit turnovers, occasional on-call duties, and a focus on safety. A 1–2 year maintenance background and basic electrical, plumbing, and painting knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Flats on Waters Edge, a 156 unit apartment community in Hermitage, TN.

Position Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
