Job summary

Dominium in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure the property's appearance and resident experience. You will perform repairs, respond to work requests, and carry out preventative maintenance on the property and units.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, basic electrical, plumbing, and painting skills, plus HVAC and EPA familiarity. A valid driver’s license may be required; occasional on-call duties are stipend-paid.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
