The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. You are part of the maintenance team, responsible to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
Family Tree Apartments is a 149-unit affordable housing community.
