Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Department by ensuring facility is clean, safe and comfortable.
• Assist with operation, repair and maintenance of boilers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Follow company policies and procedures and manage repair programs and equipment installation.
