Job summary

Reside is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the Broadway Plaza facility operating smoothly, handle repairs, and ensure guest rooms and common areas are maintained to high standards. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across mechanical systems, safety, and guest-facing operations.

The position is full-time, located at Broadway Plaza in Rochester, MN, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and opportunities to contribute to a growing hospitality-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPO and special engineer boilers license within 6 months.
• Prefer building maintenance experience; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to facility and equipment
• Ensure good water quality for boilers and chillers
• Daily check in and check out of guest rooms
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Complete daily work orders per guests or staff
• Snow removal in winter
• Other duties as assigned
