The role emphasizes teamwork with the Facilities Manager, on-call availability, and adherence to safety policies. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read manuals and interpret instructions.
• Maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders and perform repairs.
• Help with grounds care, HVAC, boilers, and basic systems.
• Paint, minor plumbing/electrical tasks, and safety inspections.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and proper tool storage.
