Job summary

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining production systems, performing diagnostics, and adhering to QA/OSHA standards while working overtime or varying shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with gas, diesel, pneumatics, and hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and modify shop equipment.
• Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Perform routine, preventative maintenance on equipment and determine maintenance needs.
• Identify complex problems and evaluate options to find solutions.
• Watch gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure proper operation.
• High and low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• PLC troubleshooting and observe mechanical devices to locate trouble sources.
• Welding and fabrication tasks as required.
• Overtime, weekends, and shift changes may be needed; maintain punctual attendance.
• Work independently, follow directions, and stay organized with attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety, QA/QC, and OSHA regulations.
