Job summary

Genpak is seeking a maintenance professional to keep extrusion/thermoforming machinery and plant facilities running safely and efficiently. This role requires reading schematics, diagnosing electromechanical issues, and performing preventive maintenance with precise documentation.

You will coordinate with the Shift Supervisor, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety procedures during a 12-hour shift. Strong welding and hydraulic/pneumatic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience including welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical controls, and repair of plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and building in good working order.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor at start of shift.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety programs with documentation.
• Manage maintenance parts inventory and proper stocking per system.
