Maintenance Technician - Escape at Arrowhead

Join our dynamic Property Management team at EMBREY as a Maintenance Technician.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain buildings and amenities, assist the Maintenance Supervisor, and meet the needs of residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Implement preventative maintenance, safety, and housekeeping practices.
  • Inspect and maintain property, buildings, and equipment.
  • Prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and maintenance tasks promptly.
  • Ensure grounds, buildings, and units are safe, functional, and attractive.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances, floors, walls, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective clothing.
  • Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and equipment.
Qualifications
  • One-year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
  • Possession of minimum tools required.
  • Availability for on-call work 24/7.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Required Testing
  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.
Position Details
  • Hourly Rate: $24/hr, Non-Exempt, Based on Experience.
  • Full-time position.
  • Competitive pay and benefits, including healthcare and 401(k).
Location
  • Peoria, AZ; reporting to Maintenance Supervisor.
