Job summary

ELESIGHT LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning, repair, and maintenance of equipment and facilities across industries. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while adhering to safety protocols and documenting maintenance activities.

You will also coordinate with team members and external contractors to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools safely.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Repair and Troubleshooting: Respond to malfunctions and emergencies, diagnose issues, replace faulty components, and minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and maintain documentation of safety-related activities.
• Maintenance Documentation: Keep records of maintenance activities and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Collaborative Support: Coordinate with team members and external contractors to resolve maintenance issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency and stay updated on industry practices.
