Job summary

Roeslein Renewables is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the biogas generation system (lagoon cover) and biogas flare system across multiple farm sites in Wisconsin. This role focuses on equipment maintenance, testing, and collaboration with Biogas Technicians, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and strong communication with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade school cert or Associate's degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver license with acceptable MVR.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Attention to detail and strong organization and planning.
• Computer skills with Windows-based programs.
• Effective time management and professional conduct.
• Ability to interact with coworkers, clients, vendors and others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process equipment including blowers, flares, instrumentation and controls.
• Test lagoon performance.
• Assist Biogas Technicians.
• Drive between multiple farms safely.
• Follow safety requirements including full-face respirator use.
• Maintain facilities and grounds including vegetation and upkeep.
• Adhere to safety standards and DOT/testing requirements.
