Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Garner, NC to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and respond to repair requests. The role supports the community by ensuring safe, well-maintained living spaces and equipment.

You’ll bring 1–3 years of maintenance experience and a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, with availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance of the community and equipment.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and participate in trainings.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
