Job summary

Brookdale Loveland is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our community buildings and grounds in top condition. You’ll handle routine and urgent repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and local regulations to support a high quality living environment for residents.

You’ll work with HVAC, elevator and generator systems, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency controls, coordinating with residents and directors.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technicians perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Maintain positive communication with local authorities and residents.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds in accordance with policies.
• Respond to maintenance requests from directors and residents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams for major repairs when needed.
