Top Dog Recruiting is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair industrial production equipment in our Ohio facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, and support upgrades and start-up projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, ability to read schematics and drawings, and strong problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems preferred.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Maintenance Team.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support plant operations.

The Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrialmanufacturing equipment and plant systems. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment and supports equipment installations, upgrades, and start-up projects. This could be 1st, 2nd, OR 3rd shift.
