Talent With Heart is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to maintain and repair industrial equipment and plant systems. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains, plus PLC/automation programming and commissioning support.

The role may involve 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with overtime as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems preferred.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, including overtime.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits, relays, contactors, breakers, transformers.
• Maintain boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and other plant utilities.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Install/modify electrical, mechanical, and control systems for production equipment and projects.
• Program/troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Rebuild and fabricate components for equipment.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Assist operators and team with troubleshooting and repairs.

The Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrialmanufacturing equipment and plant systems. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment and supports equipment installations, upgrades, and start-up projects. This could be 1st, 2nd, OR 3rd shift.

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on industrial production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain and repair industrial motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits, relays, contactors, breakers, transformers, and other industrial control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and other industrial plant utilities.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
