Job summary

MCC, the global leader in premium labels, seeks a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to keep production lines running, calibrate equipment, and perform repairs during shifts. You will diagnose issues and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

This role requires reading electrical schematics, hands-on mechanical/electrical work, and a Lean/5S mindset. 3rd shift is 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Mon–Fri, with a generous benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational maintenance training preferred.
• Proficient with basic computers and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Supports an optimized production environment by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
