Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support linen services operations across multiple locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, record critical operating data, and respond to calls during production.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of electrical experience, strong PLC/inverter knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Shift runs 1:30 pm–11:30 pm in a midshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control systems including PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting, conveying systems and valves.
• Basic blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to access all facility areas and equipment safely.
• Safety-conscious with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production.
• Repair machinery efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Train new employees on machinery operation.
