Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure optimal operation of our equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and troubleshoot electrical control systems, including PLCs and inverter drives, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will record readings, respond to production maintenance calls, and train new staff on equipment operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical control systems including PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform mechanical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls during production.
• Repair machinery efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Train new employees on equipment operation.
