Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold mechanical and electrical systems across our properties, rental units, and associated facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work orders to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a core trade skill set, CMMS familiarity, and a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Technical competency in at least one core building maintenance trade.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checklists on association equipment and facilities.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance inspections on program units.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as directed by supervision.
• Fulfill guest and owner requests for work and document completed tasks.
• Participate in the on-call maintenance program.
