Job summary

East West Hospitality in Truckee, CA seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to care for mechanical and electrical systems across our properties. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience.

With at least 2 years of maintenance experience, you will work with CMMS, have a valid driver's license, and be able to handle flexible scheduling, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical competency in at least one core building maintenance trade.
• Computer proficiency; CMMS experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checklists on association equipment and facilities.
• Conduct annual preventive maintenance inspections on program units.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as directed.
• Fulfill guest and owner work requests and document completed work.
• Participate in the on-call maintenance program.
• Support multiple locations and perform other duties as needed.
