Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in general maintenance, electrical, AC, and plumbing.
• HVAC certificate or building maintenance certs are a plus.
• Proven maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Repair electrical systems and replace bulbs, outlets, and panels.
• Repair and maintain heating, plumbing, and related systems.
• Perform manual repairs like locks and windows.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and refrigeration.
• General upkeep: painting and carpentry.
• Assist with event setups and other maintenance tasks.
