Aeon is seeking a general maintenance professional to join the team at East Village, 180 market rate and affordable apartment homes in the Elliot Park neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis. This full-time, Monday–Friday position has no on-call responsibilities, offering a predictable schedule while providing meaningful work that helps ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes.
As the Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents by ensuring their homes and shared spaces are safe, functional, and well maintained. Through responsive repairs, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and daily property upkeep, you'll help create an environment where residents can thrive and feel proud to call their community home.
Working closely with the Property Manager, Building Technicians, vendors, and other team members, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks while contributing to the overall appearance, safety, and operation of the property. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, values strong customer service, and wants to make a meaningful impact through their work.
This position reports to the Property Manager.

This position offers a pay range of $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. This full‑time position follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5pm. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property‑related responsibilities. This is an in‑person role based at the assigned property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
