Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits required.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical (480V).

Position

Maintenance Technician – Full Time!

Pay

Up to $37/hr starting pay rate not including shift premium! Room to grow and this is based on experience!

Shifts
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M.
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.

*May be required to work overtime and weekends, and come in early or stay late depending on production demands.

Training

Training will take place on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 weeks or more.

Responsibilities

Requires the ability to set up and operate lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, welder, etc., and improvise when equipment is limited. Designs and builds small tools and fixtures from sketches or verbal instructions. Performs periodic checks and preventative maintenance on machines and equipment, including oils and greases. Performs carpentry and sheet metal work to fabricate and repair benches, guards, boxes, trays, etc. Makes sketches and builds racks, bins, shelves, and other aids to production. Plans and lays out work, determines efficient methods, and diagnoses and corrects difficulties to minimize downtime.

How You Will Do It
  • Emphasis on safe work practices, adherence to LOTO procedures, and PPE use.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing machinery, conveyors, and robotics.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
  • Knowledge of 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits required.
  • Experience with conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic required.
  • Understanding of motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.) required.
  • Set up and operate machines such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.
  • Read schematics and blueprints.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment functionality.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480V), and preventive maintenance in manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
