Job summary

WITRON is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a role at our Oss site, delivering maintenance on automated logistics systems such as conveyors and robots. The position offers a 5‑shift schedule, a 35-hour week, and a clear path to permanent employment within an international leader in logistics automation.

We value a candidate with an MBO level 3–4 in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical engineering, at least 1 year in a technical role, and a valid driver's license.

• Safety-conscious and comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• As Maintenance Technician, work with conveyors, pick robots, depalletizers, electric motors, and automated cranes.
• Perform maintenance and inspections per protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues individually or with the team.
• Analyze data, implement adjustments, and contribute to system improvements.
• Work across electrical and mechanical systems on a 5-shift schedule.

Your Role in Our Team

• As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a high-tech environment with advanced systems such as conveyors, pick robots, depalletizers, electric motors, and automated cranes.
• Performing maintenance and inspections according to established protocols.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently or in a team.
• Analyzing data, implementing adjustments, and contributing to system improvements.
• Working with both electrical and mechanical systems in a dynamic 5-shift schedule.

Your Profile

• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or in the final phase).
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical role.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Safety-conscious and comfortable working at heights.
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport.
