Chief Buildings in Lancaster, SC is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician responsible for advanced maintenance and repairs of facility and industrial equipment, installation of new machinery, electrical work, PLC programming, and documenting activities.
You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints and diagrams, perform construction and carpentry, and operate forklifts and cranes as needed, all with safety as a priority.
Responsible for advanced maintenance and repairs of facility and industrial equipment, enhancing productivity through the installation of new machinery, designing electrical systems, programming PLCs, and documenting their activities while participating in training programs to ensure skill development and safety compliance.

High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
