Maintenance Technician, Louisville, KY

Starting pay: $29.65

You will receive an increase every 6 months until you reach the target rate

Sign-on bonus: $1000 after 90 days

Shift: Day 6:00am - 4:45pm, Monday - Thursday

Occasional overtime on Friday and Saturday 5:00am - 1:00pm

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the availability of quality products for our customers. Your work will directly impact people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, and calibrating equipment.
2. Test, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment; order and install replacement parts.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance availability, capability, and yield.
5. Analyze equipment failures and perform necessary maintenance.
6. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
7. Document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures in technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform confined space entry and work at heights.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling.
