Job summary

PLZ Corp in Washington state is hiring a Maintenance Technician to execute and document preventive maintenance, perform repairs via CMMS, and support facility upkeep across HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and related systems.

The ideal candidate will diagnose equipment such as pumps, air compressors, boilers, and heat exchangers with a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, with opportunities for advancement and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS.
• Ability to diagnose pumps, compressors, boilers and heat exchangers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proactive safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute and document PMs and repairs via CMMS.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on pumps, air compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, and agitators.
• Support general facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, HVAC and structural maintenance.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30a - 3:00p

Position Specific Responsibilities:

• Executing and documenting preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with critical equipment such as pumps, air compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, and agitators.
• Supporting general facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and structural maintenance.

This role demands flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs, support continuous improvement efforts, and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
