Job summary

Allaire Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riverton, NJ. You will perform repairs and routine maintenance on building systems and equipment, test the emergency generator weekly and monthly, and ensure compliance with safety rules and local codes.

You will coordinate with other departments, maintain clean and orderly work areas, and stay on-call for facility emergencies. A positive, friendly work environment and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and supplies.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly as required by regulations.
• Maintain building in good repair and comply with codes.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
• Remain on-call for facility emergencies.
• Inspect fire extinguishers every 30 days.
• Keep work areas neat and storage rooms organized.
• Pick up work orders daily and set priorities.
