Job summary

Concordia of Bridgeville is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment, perform repairs and manage utility systems within the facility. Hours are 40 hours per week with overtime as needed; shifts are 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience. The role requires on-call responses, room repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general refurbishing as needed, with seasonal snow/leaf removal duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance experience required.
• Performs general maintenance duties (room repairs, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, refurbishing).
• Maintains tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition.
• On-call responsibility for emergency calls when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, repairs, and utility systems within the facility.
• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and refurbishment.
• Assist with or perform repairs on heating, water, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans, and generators.
