Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years in commercial building infrastructure.
• Meet the physical requirements: lift 50 lbs+, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in daily tasks.
• Clear, concise communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities
