Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help bring units to market-ready condition, in line with Peak Living standards. The role reports to the Service Manager and may require weekend or after-hours emergency coverage based on community needs.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance and work orders, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting the preventive maintenance program to protect property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate in English.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
