Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you should have your EPA certification and 3-5 years of experience in facilities services or multi-family resident satisfaction through providing excellent service and performing basic maintenance tasks within your community.

Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, and other community facilities.
2. Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to community safety and asset preservation.
3. Ensure safety by correcting unsafe conditions promptly.
4. Manage inventory of supplies and spare parts to ensure timely completion of work orders.
