Pratt Industries is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to uphold and service converting and corrugating equipment. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and sustaining production quality in a fast-paced plant environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, possess Class B qualifications, and bring proven maintenance experience in production. Experience in corrugated manufacturing is a plus; willingness to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have prior maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Must demonstrate all Class B qualifications.
• Preference for corrugated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits at all times.
• Parallel rolls and set adjustments for optimum equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot programmable controllers and AC/DC drives and control systems.
• Use maintenance software program and plan/schedule maintenance work.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure proper execution.
• Complete paperwork accurately per company guidelines.
