Job summary

USA.Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals LLC in Indianapolis is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Support Technician to support the Maintenance Department. The role focuses on machine coolant and equipment, monitoring coolant levels, performing changes, maintaining coolant systems, and assisting with routine maintenance in a safe, clean manufacturing environment.

You will also help keep the facility grounds, document maintenance activities, and support general upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely handle industrial coolants, lubricants, and cleaning materials.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience showing basic mechanical aptitude.
• Previous coolant or fluid-maintenance experience – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled coolant changes and monitor coolant levels and replenish coolant as required.
• Clean and maintain coolant tanks, screens, filters, pumps, hoses, and related components.
• Keeping accurate records of cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, and exterior work areas.
• Perform routine groundskeeping, seasonal cleanup, snow/ice removal, and general outdoor maintenance as assigned.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with assigned maintenance activities.
