Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with restaurant upkeep and cleanliness practices.
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Comfort with manual tasks and physical work.
Responsibilities
- Filter oil fryers daily.
- Maintain outside grounds and landscaping.
- Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
- Unload deliveries twice per week.
- Empty trash compactor and take out waste.
- Change light bulbs and replace as needed.
- Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
