Sevita is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep grounds and facilities safe and well-maintained across multiple programs. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and assist with building projects.

You will plan work, coordinate with contractors, maintain inventories, and ensure compliance with safety laws. The role offers full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• One year related experience.
• Ability to handle maintenance and electrical equipment.
• Current contractor license as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventative maintenance across programs/offices.
• Plan and schedule work with available resources; coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain building and grounds; ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical/plumbing, painting, and laundry equipment.
• Read blueprints; wire buildings for networking; inspect and repair surfaces.
• Manage inventory and vendor accounts; order maintenance supplies.
• Maintain fire alarm systems and safety plans; cooperate with inspectors and vendors.
• Keep operational records and safety observance; perform related duties.
