Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance and electrical equipment.
• Contractor license as required by the state.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and quality in all work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, housekeeping, and other mechanical equipment; inspect and repair damages to facilities.
• Paint and refinish building surfaces.
• Order necessary maintenance supplies and provide maintenance to tools and equipment.
• Monitor and assist in basic maintenance of facility vehicles.
• Maintain operational records and enforce safety regulations.
