Job summary

Campbell Property Management in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full‑time role to uphold the appearance, safety, and functionality of our community's common areas, amenities, and facilities. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and respond to maintenance requests. Work hours are Mon–Fri 8am–4pm.

Pay is up to $24 per hour DOE. All candidates must undergo a drug screen and background check, and may participate in an on‑call

Qualifications

• All candidates must undergo a drug screening and background check.
• Maintenance of common areas, amenities, and facilities.
• Mon‑Fri 8am‑4pm schedule; on‑site work.
• Participation in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies, if required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain common areas, including clubhouses, pools, fitness centers, parks, sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping features.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on community equipment and building systems.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems and report landscaping concerns.
• Clean and maintain community amenities and grounds.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Assist contractors by providing access to facilities and monitoring work when required.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and HOA policies.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies, if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
