Role Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of HOA properties, amenities, and common areas, documenting issues and repairs needed.
• Perform repairs related to drywall, siding, carpentry, concrete, signage, and painting, ensuring high-quality work.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, labor, and materials for accurate invoicing.
• Use company software to manage work orders efficiently.
• Communicate daily with managers, assistant managers, and homeowners regarding maintenance tasks via phone, text, or email.
• Adhere to safety regulations in all daily activities.
