Latham, The Pool Company in Fayetteville, TN is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facilities running smoothly. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting safety and efficiency across the plant.

Starting pay is $32.57 per hour, with benefits including medical coverage, telehealth resources, and PTO. Must have 2–5 years of maintenance experience and welding/CNC skills to qualify for this on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Welding skills required (certification or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of CNC equipment & operations.
• Experience with building maintenance; electrical, plumbing and structural knowledge.
• Heavy equipment experience including skid steer and back hoe.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance process.
• Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems as well as HVAC, fluid pumps, air motors, etc. Certification(s) a plus!
• Critical thinking to troubleshoot and detect malfunctions.
• Discipline to execute tasks without supervision.
• Good time management to work at a good pace and handle work orders.
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and heavy equipment including hand tools, power tools, forklift, scissor lift, telehandler.
• Knowledge of safety precautions.
• Good human relations to relate cordially with all team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains operation of machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, systems, and production machines.
• Locates sources of problems by observing devices in operation and using measuring instruments.
• Removes defective parts and uses tools to repair.
• Designs and fabricates supporting structures.
• Inspects parts to determine dimensional changes.
• Adjusts devices and control instruments.
• Maintains inventories and orders parts and supplies.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Reads manuals and diagrams to operate and maintain equipment.
• Prioritizes daily work orders and schedules preventative maintenance.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required.
