AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing in Rochester, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines, robotics, and electrical systems running safely and reliably. You will collaborate across production, facilities, materials, and engineering to meet daily goals and support continuous improvement.

3+ years of maintenance experience on CNC machines, hydraulics/pneumatics, robotics, and high/low voltage electrical systems; High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience maintaining CNC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and high/low voltage electrical systems.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and know when to ask for help.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (physical, drug test, background, education verification).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance with safety and quality first mindset.
• Diagnose and repair machinery as part of a team.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines, robotics, hydraulics/pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Review work orders and document repairs in the log.
• Rebuild or repair machines; perform preventative maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
