Job summary

MicroPort Orthopedics in Arlington, TN is seeking a Maintenance Service Specialist (Shift TBD). You will perform maintenance on CNC and Manual equipment, assist OEM technicians, and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues to keep production running.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, and preferred industrial maintenance training. Shifts include 1st/2nd with a 5% premium for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with CNC or manual equipment maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and evaluates mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical units to determine malfunctions.
• Repair/replace defective components and test repaired equipment.
• Assist outside OEM technicians to gain experience in setup and repair.
• Follow safety and environmental policies; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain tools and parts, drive to vendors as needed.
