SSP is seeking an experienced CNC maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair machines with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills. You will work from prints and safety procedures, performing both preventive maintenance and complex repairs.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in technical maintenance, with lathe/mill experience and the ability to work independently on a day shift (6am–2:30pm) in Twinsburg, Ohio. SSP offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical maintenance experience including lathe mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repair with some electrical.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems quickly and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Perform unsupervised preventive maintenance on all machine types.
• Carry out complex mechanical repairs on machines, pumps, valves, gears, belts, etc., using prints.
• Perform complex electrical repairs using electrical prints and lockout/tag-out procedures.
• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs using prints.
• Maintain 6S in maintenance areas and clean work sites.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methods to improve processes.
