You are the person who hears a problem before it becomes one. You fix it right the first time, you take pride in the work, and you leave a resident's day better than you found it. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
At Roundhouse, our mission is simple and serious: putting humanity into housing. Since 2008 we have grown into a developer and manager of diverse real estate across four states, with more than 10,000 multifamily units and over $2B in assets under management. We got here by challenging the status quo, building communities people are proud to call home, and hiring people who care about doing the work right.
This role sits at the center of that promise. The condition of our communities is what residents feel every single day, and you are the one who keeps it strong.
The work is real, it is varied, and no two days look the same. You take initiative, own the outcome, and keep going until it is done right.
You provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
Within 30 days of your start date, please have the following on hand: 10\" crescent wrench, 6\" crescent wrench, thermometer, 9.5\" channel lock pliers, 6.5\" channel lock pliers, set of nut drivers, wire crimping tool with cutters, set of allen wrenches, phillips screwdriver, straight screwdriver, needle‑nose pliers, set of socket wrenches, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, non‑contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, tape measure, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
This is full‑time work with pay, benefits, and perks built around your well‑being, your growth, and your sense of community.
