Job summary

McDonald’s USA is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained inside and out. You will support management with upkeep of equipment and cleanliness, contributing to a safe, efficient environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities include fryer maintenance, outdoor ground upkeep, cleaning tasks, trash removal, light bulb changes, and small repairs. Franchise ownership applies; privacy practices are handled by the independent operator.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining restaurant equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and basic repairs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
• Small repairs throughout restaurant.
