Job summary

The Rose Gaming Resort in Dumfries, VA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician responsible for the overall maintenance, plumbing and electrical components of the building and grounds. This role supports gaming and hospitality operations with reliable, safe facilities management.

Minimum six months experience, a Virginia Racing Commission license and a valid driver's license are required; technical school or apprenticeship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months of previous work experience required.
• Gaming, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Two to three years of related experience recommended.
• Read, write, speak English fluently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Virginia Racing Commission license required.
• MS Office basics and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair general building systems per supervisor instruction.
• Operate lawn equipment as needed and manage tools.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with direct reports for supplies.
• Safely operate company vehicles as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies.
