Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related Certification.
• Associate degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of plant maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and confined space rules.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Service pumps, motors, drives, ovens, furnaces, bearings, gearboxes, piping.
• Perform precision alignment of rotating equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Support installation and startup of equipment and facility improvements.
• Work in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery.
