Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applicable experience required.
• Experience with HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with planning and scheduling within a CMMS preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as assigned.
• Respond to maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
• Use CAD software to support design and documentation needs.
• Maintain security gates and garage doors; coordinate with Facilities team.
