Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely, cost-effective services and high customer satisfaction. Evening shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., full-time schedule, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent skills/knowledge/abilities.
• Valid driver's license (MI) required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with supervisor, customer, and trades to ensure quality maintenance.
• Performs comprehensive maintenance, installation, repair of equipment, and materials.
• Maintains lawn care in growing season and snow/ice removal.
• Documents procedures and work accurately and timely.
• Ensures safe use of equipment and orderly, clean work areas.
• Adheres to legal specs, codes, and organizational policies.
• Plans workflow with other trades and coordinates building systems.
